Thanks to ALT.NET Hispano community, I attended to a VAN (Virtual des-conference), past May 22th. The topic I presented was NoSQL. The Van was in Saturday, and at the next Monday, its video was published at::

Now, this post is a list of resources I used to preparte my talk. First, the Spanish presentation can be downloaded from my Skydrive NoSqlVan2010.pptx

  1. Hi Angel:

Very interesting collection of resources about the topic.

I was investigating a bit in the last times and, even when a lot of different alternatives exist, I found a product that interested me, among other things, by its simple JSON/REST API. It’s Riak: (http://wiki.basho.com/display/RIAK/Riak), a key value store.

I know is named on http://nosql-database.org/ you mentioned above but just in case….to comment that look interesting.

    Cheers.
    Germán.

  3. Awesome blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused .. Any suggestions? Appreciate it!

  4. Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this information. Today bloggers publish just about gossips and internet and this is really irritating. A good blog with interesting content, that’s what I need. Thank you for keeping this web-site, I will be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can not find it.
